Gabe & Izzy Dubbed The Voice for America’s Bullied

This review is from: Gabe & Izzy: Standing Up for America’s Bullied (Paperback)
Excellent reading very down to earth my grandchildren loved we read and discussed what happens in their school. Ms Ford has done a outstanding job of writing this book I would recommend that all young children would read this book. No student should endure bullying in school.

HELP FOR THE BULLIED, THOSE WHO BULLY, AND WHO STAND BY

Dear Gabe,
You recently visited my high school, Tanque Verde. Your story basically saved my life. Early this week, I was thinking of ending my life. Not due to bullying but because of other reasons. You showed me that life is what you make it and that it can/will get better. You have given me such a hope and a will to see my bright future. Thank you so much for speaking to us and may you continue spreading your inspiration across the US, across the world. You are a true hero. posted by

Hi Gabe.! I am a student from Ella White Elementary in Alpena Michigan. Thank you very much for coming to my school. You touched many people’s hearts and taught a lot of student that you should not bully. I think it is amazing how you can talk to anyone about getting being bullied or about your disease. One time when I was in 5th grade a kid was calling me a slave on Martin Luther King Day. I took it seriously but I think you inspired me to not care what others think about me but what I think about myself and be happy for who you are and not let people hate you for who you are. I think you a strong, brave, couragest. I just can’t believe everything you did and you kept your head high through everything. Thanks so much I hope that you taught many students that BULLYING is not right and that it needs to be stopped!!

Gabe, Thank you so much for coming to my school:) You are a big inspiration to me. You are very brave having going through bullying. Your story was so touching to my friends and me, it actually made me cry. Thank you for sharing your story. It makes me think and know not to bully others, and bullying can hurt, more than people say it does. No one should have to suffer bullying. Thank you so much! God Bless You! You came to my school the other day, and it really opened my eyes to what happens to kids on a regular basis. Thank you so much, and you are a true inspiration to me and kids everywhere.posted by Andrea on April 26, 2011 6:29 PM
